Orders

When will my order be produced? All products are made on demand, meaning production begins after your order is placed. Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days. Custom or embroidered items may take a little longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Since every product is made specifically for you, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun. If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@everynightstudios.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Can I place a bulk order? Yes. For larger orders, get in touch with us directly at hello@everynightstudios.com and we will assist you.

Shipping

Where do you ship? We ship to most countries worldwide. Available shipping destinations and costs are displayed at checkout.

How long does delivery take? Delivery times vary by destination. From the date of dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Sweden: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 4–8 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimates and do not include production time.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees? Orders shipped outside Sweden may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order? You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original condition with labels and packaging intact. Custom products with printing or embroidery cannot be returned unless faulty.

How do I initiate a return? Email us at hello@everynightstudios.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns should be sent to: Every Night Studios, Frihamnsgatan 12, 115 56 Stockholm, Sweden.

When will I receive my refund? Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Contact us immediately at hello@everynightstudios.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Products

Are the colours exactly as shown on screen? We do our best to represent products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of print production.

What printing methods do you use? Depending on the product, we use direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF), or embroidery. Each method is selected to ensure the best possible result for the product and design in question.

Can I submit my own design? If you are interested in a custom shop or branded merchandise, get in touch with us at hello@everynightstudios.com and we will walk you through the process.

Privacy & Data

How is my personal data used? Your data is used solely to process and fulfil your order. We do not sell your data or use it for unsolicited marketing. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How can I request access to or deletion of my data? Contact us at hello@everynightstudios.com and we will respond within 30 days.
