Our Returns Policy

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all labels and original packaging intact. You will also need your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom products with printing or embroidery
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after receipt

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@everynightstudios.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send your return to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly produced.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The easiest way to get the product you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@everynightstudios.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at hello@everynightstudios.com.
