1. General

All products sold through Every Night Studios ("ENS") managed shops are produced and shipped on demand. This means your order is printed and prepared specifically for you after purchase. Please allow for production time in addition to shipping time when estimating delivery.

2. Production Time

Orders are typically produced within 3–7 business days depending on product type, order volume, and complexity. Custom or embroidered items may require additional production time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Every Night Studios is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Approximate delivery estimates from dispatch:

  • Sweden: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 4–8 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and shipping method selected. Free shipping thresholds may apply in certain shops and will be clearly displayed at checkout where applicable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. International Orders & Customs

Orders shipped outside of Sweden may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Every Night Studios has no control over customs processing times or fees.

7. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Every Night Studios is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@everynightstudios.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has begun.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@everynightstudios.com with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution.
